Inside the system
01 / The context
Records are part of the everyday rhythm of technical support.
At Pure Ride Corporation, my work includes managing records, system updates, digital archives, SharePoint access, hardware assets, reporting, and daily operational requests.
I built and deployed PureRide RMS within that environment: a dedicated records management system for clearer tracking and data workflows.

Renewal and CPC monitoring screens give document status, summaries, and record controls a clear place.

03 / The delivery
I built and deployed PureRide RMS at Pure Ride Corporation as part of my technical support role.
The project brings together two sides of my work: supporting the systems people use and building tools for the work those systems need to do.
